The Dam San Hotel in Buon Ma Thuot was a great find! the rooms were spacious and had nice wooden floors, giving them a warm and cozy feel. The hotel's attention to detail was evident, with the rooms being very clean and well-maintained. The hotel's location on the main avenue in the central highlands made it easily accessible and convenient for exploring the surrounding area. Additionally, the staff were excellent - friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay for us. Lastly, the breakfast provided was varied and satisfying, offering a mix of local and Western dishes.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was more than okay.

During our New Year stay at this hotel, we loved the large swimming pool and the beautiful gardens that were well-maintained. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of both Western and Vietnamese food items, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Additionally, the hotel was located in a great area, close to many coffee cafes and restaurants.
The rooms were a bit dated, and the air in the hallways seemed to be filled with smoke at times. Additionally, the hotel was located in a poorer area, and we had some trouble finding our way around. while we enjoyed our stay, we feel that the hotel was a bit overpriced for the quality of the rooms and the surrounding area.

During my Xmas stay, the hotel offered an attractive view and a clean spacious room. the free wifi and the breakfast were also excellent perks.
The location of the hotel was not the best as there were no restaurants or convenient stores nearby. I also had to lock/unlock the door with a key which was very inconvenient.

The hotel is conveniently located on the main avenue nearby, making it easy to explore the town. We also enjoyed the breakfast with its wide range of options, including delicious fried eggs and flavorful rice porridge.
All aspects exceeded our expectations, no improvements needed.

the location, near the centre of town, was ideal and we appreciated the fact that the taxi driver used the fare meter in the cab. the room and bathroom were immaculately clean, and the service was fantastic with friendly staff. Breakfast had a good mix of dishes, including Asian and Western standards. the swimming pool and tennis court were great facilities to relax in. We also enjoyed the beautiful valley view from our room.
There was just one drawback - the wifi signal was spotty in the bedrooms.
